The GTI Dynamic Center Caps are designed to fit Golf MK8 stock wheels and will not fit aftermarket wheels.

Why does the illuminated car emblem appear slightly blue?

It's because the color temperature of the illuminated emblem is different from the daytime running lights of the car. It may appear slightly blue during the day, but it's actually white.

Generally, lower color temperature white light appears more yellow, while higher color temperature white light appears more blue.
